Registration, Resolution, and Officer Report Forms are available online in Adobe Reader format. The Resolution Form also has a Typewriter feature, so that once you download it and open it the feature is available. You can then type on the form in the Adobe Reader. When you are finished you can either print it to mail or save it with a new name and email it.
